JOB TITLE: CHILDCARE WORKER P/T (REFUGE)
REPORTING TO: CHILDREN?S DEVELOPMENT AND SUPPORT WORKER
LOCATION: Co. Meath
ROLE DESCRIPTION
Meath Women?s Refuge and Support Services is recruiting a part time
childcare worker for children in refuge accommodation. This role will
support the childcare needs of families we work with and will provide
a children?s space for children who have experienced domestic
violence within their family setting. The childcare worker will work
from a child centred approach, promoting the child?s voice and
participation in all activities carried out with them.
ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Minimum FETAC Level 5 in Childcare
* Minimum 1 year work experience with different ages of children
from babies to toddler, to preschool and afterschool
DESIRABLE
* FETAC level 6 in Childcare
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
SALARY: ? **Apply on the website** per hour. This position is part
time.
NUMBER OF HOURS **Apply on the website** hours per week-Monday
mornings 9am to 1pm, Wednesday afternoons 2pm to 6pm and Friday
mornings 9am to 1pm
FIXED TERM CONTRACT: July **Apply on the website** to July **Apply on
the website** (1 Year FTC)
